If you have signed up for a tournament and are unable to play, please notify the tournament chairman by text or phone call. Notify Kirk Butler (661-877-2459) for Tuesday tournaments and Glenn Haynie (661-645-1317) for Thursday tournaments. Information on how to pay the tournament fees is in the Club Info page under Member Responsibilities.
A couple of courses are clamping down on the number of Tee times we reserve vs the number we use. To assist Kirk and Glenn get this number as accurate and as soon as possible, we need to get your ins and outs 7 days ahead of the tournament. If we give back times and you want in on less notice there may not be a spot available, if you cancel late you may have to pay anyway.
